Symptoms:
- Hoarseness of voice is the commonest symptom.
- Stridor, cough, haemoptysis.
- Neck swelling.
- Dysphagia (Pyriform fossa and post cricoid involvement).
Treatment
The treatment for laryngeal cancer largely depends on the stage of the cancer. The main treatments are radiotherapy, surgery and chemotherapy.
