Antrochoanal nasal polyp is a prolapsed, pedunculated, painless, pearly white oedematous nasal mucosa, lining the nose and maxillary sinuses.
It is also called Killian’s polyp.
Antral, which is a thin stalk.
Choanal, which is round and globular.
Nasal, which is flat from side to side.
It has three parts.

Treatment:
a) Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS): It is the treatment of choice and can be done along with microdebrider. Now a days coblation is also used with microdebrider to remove the polyp from nasal cavity.
b) Caldwell Luc Surgery: Rarely done now a days. Performed only for recurrent antro-choanal polyposis.
c) Nasal Polypectomy: Polyps are avulsed using nasal snare. However, the basic pathology in the sinuses is not eliminated.
A) Medical Treatment:
Not much useful in antrochoanal polyp.
Antibiotics, decongestants, analgesics can be used along with surgical treatment.
B) Surgical Treatment:
